No, all spectator tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis as general admission. If you want to sit close to the vault pit where your athlete is competing, arrive early. Please do not block off large sections of seats.
Poles, running shoes, spikes, tape, chalk, sticky spray, or any other grip enhancer within the USATF rules. Your packet - that will be available at the front door. We also suggest that you bring warm-up clothes. This is an ice arena, and although the ice isn't down on this part of the arena, it is still colder than what everyone has been used to over the last few hot months outside.
No, the venue has chairs for all the competitors on the floor. Spectators don't need any stadium chairs, as the arena already features high-back stadium seats.
No, the venue has a strict rule on outside food or beverages. They have their own concession stands offering a variety of food and drink options, as well as adult beverage options for those over the age of 21.
Yes, we have rented the banquet hall on the east side of the building. It is open to your athlete to loosen up and stretch one hour before their competition. Running shoes are only allowed in the banquet hall. No spikes or poles are permitted in this area, as per the venue's regulations.
On the day of the competition, go to www.Xpresstiming.com and go to the Vulcan Vault competition for results. Like we have done since year one, Xpress Timing will be on site to do our live results and digital boards for each pit.
This is a USATF-sanctioned event, as well as a World Athletics Certified event for our elites, which is a requirement for us to remain sanctioned. If we have not received your 2025 USAT number before your event, we are unable to let you jump.
Yes, there is pole storage available at the venue starting at 3 pm on Friday and running through Sunday at 11 am. Poles must be picked up by 11 am on Sunday. Please bring poles to the roll-up door on the east side of the building.
We are asking once you are done with your poles for the day to please either store them back in the pole storage area or to go ahead and put them on your car. We have nearly 200 vaulters and we are trying to keep the floor as clear as we can throughout the day.
No, unfortunately, we have not received enough interest for an exclusive Master's / Coaches competition this year.
Coaching bands will be made available at packet pick up for all coaches who meet the requirement.

With all the new changes this year, we are not doing a live stream. We have Vault Entertainment filming our Elite Competition from multiple vantage points. This will enable us to release a well-put-together video of the event shortly after its conclusion.
